Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

Due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we do not accept returns on opened or consumed products.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or spoiled upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photo proof. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund once confirmed.

We do not offer refunds based on taste preference.

Zohbo Group Inc. is not responsible for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Refunds are dependent on the customer’s bank, but could take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear on a credit account.
